Ski Gram 56 - May 11, 2016

Good evening, colleagues!

I am pleased to share with you the last Ski Gram of the spring 2016 semester:

This particular issue is overflowing with many of our accomplishments achieved during the fiscal year. Representing all campuses and divisions, these achievements prove that our journey to excellence is not lip service. It’s real.

As you read this edition, it will be easy to see the significant impact we are having in our students’ lives and the lives of many others throughout Central Pennsylvania.

As we celebrate our students tomorrow evening during the Commencement ceremony, let’s remember to be grateful:
  • Let’s be grateful for our jobs.
  • Let’s be grateful for the mission of helping others to achieve their professional and personal goals.
  • Let’s be grateful for beautiful, well-kept and safe campuses.
  • Let’s be grateful for all HACC employees who focus their efforts on our students’ success in and out of the classroom.
  • Let’s be grateful for a work environment that inspires and encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Let’s be grateful for collaborative and cooperative colleagues.
  • Let’s be grateful for state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
  • Let’s be grateful for our profit and non-profit partners who work closely with us to ensure the economy in Central Pennsylvania remains vibrant.
  • Let’s be grateful for generous donors to the HACC Foundation.
  • Let’s be grateful for dedicated HACC Board of Trustees and Foundation Board members who give so much of their time and talents to ensure we exceed the expectations of our students and communities.
  • Lets be grateful for those who came before us by establishing a firm foundation for us to build upon.
  • Lets be grateful for the students who choose HACC for their higher education experience.

Let’s be grateful for the people, places and things that others in our communities can only dream of. While they may be a dream for them, they are our reality here at HACC.

Gratefully YOURS.
